Not all of us are born with money or have the chance to have an education. Some people in our world don’t have freedom of speech or the right to do what they want, others choose for them.
But what we all do have; is truly the greatest gift of all and it’s called FREE WILL.
FREE, meaning (we are given)
WILL, meaning (our desire or wish)
So what does this mean? It means that we have the power to have the life we desire and wish for. What is it that you have that no one can take away from you?
Your thoughts. Your feelings. And your belief.
What you THINK, FEEL, and BELIEVE… creates your reality. You have the ability to create change in your life. These are the 3 key ingredients for living the life you want and desire.
We with our thoughts, feelings and beliefs are very powerful beings.
We have all heard the sayings “We get what we give”, “We reap what we sow, “What comes around goes around”... These sayings are an example of what we send out comes back to us, like a boomerang effect.
We see this in action all around us all the time, but most of us just excuse it as a coincidence or something weird. Like for instance, when you think of someone you haven’t seen in a really long time and then a couple of days later you run into that person or they send you an email; you say, “wow, that’s weird, I was just thinking about you.” Or you’re sitting thinking of your mom and the phone rings and there she is. It can be a song or a movie you have been reminiscing about and then suddenly it comes on TV or the radio. It’s no coincidence!
You are sending out vibrations, energy all the time. Either you are sending out positive vibrations or negative ones... You have the choice…. When you learn to choose positive thoughts, feelings, and believe in them, you are able to control what you want in life.
I heard a story one time about a little village girl that lived in Africa. She had written down on a piece of paper, her desires, and her dreams what she wanted in her life and buried it under a rock. She desired to one day be able to go to America and get her PhD and become a doctor. Every birthday she would go to the rock and read her list. She would day dream about how it would feel to be a doctor to be able to help people in need. She believed in her desire with all her heart. Till one day a woman from the states came to her small village to offer some free medical care. A strong bond was formed between the two of them and they continued to correspond till one day the lady sent her a plane ticket to the states, where she finally was able to get her education. It took years but she became a doctor just as she had desired to be. Coincidence? I don’t think so; she set in motion what she wanted through her, thoughts, feelings and believed in them; until it manifested in her life. You have that power as well; we all do! The kingdom of God is within you!
Think, feel, believe you have it, and you will manifest it!
Whip up some positive vibrations(thoughts), stir in the feeling of love and send them out into the world. It will come back to you, so yummy and delicious!!! :)
Sending out my love and gratitude, Elisabeth

The year was 1999. I was invited to the Island of Tonga with some friends that were involved with bringing tourism to the Islands. They were trying to make Tonga a place to go to bring in the new millennium; since Tonga would be the first place in the world turning 2000…We were invited to a huge feast at the plantation where the King lived. We ate a lot of exotic foods that I had never tried before. From pig baked underground to amazing fruits and vegetables. After we were done eating, I was approached by one of the guards that worked with the king. He said that the king would like to meet me. Excited I followed him... We entered this beautiful home. Not a palace but more like an old Victorian style country house. I walk through the hallway, looking at all the pictures hanging on the wall. Then the guard motions for me to enter a room to the left. As I stand in the doorway looking in, I see the king sitting across the room in his throne. He looked at me with a big welcoming smile... I began to enter the room and start walking towards him. The guard grabs me and motions for me to kneel down. So I drop to my knees. Not sure what I was supposed to do next. I look up at the king. He is still smiling and he waves his hands for me to come forward. I start to crawl towards him; on all fours, all the way across the room. I hear him start to giggle, with this super low, deep voice... I look up and he says, “You may stand,” Hello, beautiful lady, I wish I had some Sons to offer you.” I couldn’t believe what he had said but found it really funny, we shared a big laugh. We chatted a little while and then it was time for me to go. He welcomed me back and said that next time I should run in the Miss Tonga pageant. Again we both started to giggle. I think he really liked me for some reason. As goofy as I was, crawling on all fours, He liked me.
When I was packing, getting ready for my flight back home. A car drives up; a couple men in suits approach my room bearing gifts from the king. I received a traditional Tongan grass skirt, a huge Tapa cloth hanging, some beaded necklaces, and a wooden carved statue. They said the king wanted to give these to me before I left the Island... I was honored and very touched by how gracious and kind he was. As were all the people of Tonga. That experience taught me that no matter what role we play in this life, We are more alike than different. We have different titles, come in all different shades but ultimately we are all the Same!
It`s time for fun in the sun, so before you bare your skin… Make it beautiful so you can feel confident and shine this summer.
The first thing you need to do before you go anywhere in a bathing suit, is give yourself a nice scrub down
Exfoliate your skin.
Using an exfoliating glove works great for this, focus on your knees, elbows and ankles.
Next shave or use a hair remover like Veet for sensitive skin.
When finished, dry off and apply a self-tanner.
Giving your skin color, makes you feel more confident and hides a lot of imperfections.
There are many on the market, I myself use SolSpa it’s a self-tanning mouse and makes your skin tan right away. It`s also 100% natural. I apply it using a mit or glove. I highly recommend this because then your hands do not turn brown. When applying be careful around your knees, elbows, ankles and feet, you can apply a little moisturizer after wards to just those areas to avoid them from getting too brown.
Wait till your skin if totally dry before getting dressed.
When you are finally ready for the bathing suit, always use sun protection, most importantly on your face and chest area, at least a 30SPF…also a cap or sun hat is great, as well as a cool pair of shades..
And last but certainly not least, lather your skin with an Illuminating moisturizer... It makes your skin beautiful!!
If you are blessed already with dark skin,do all of the above minus the self tanner:)
Now you are ready to shine!!
Always sending out my love,Elisabeth
