Putting focus on other things left me feeling "out of focus". I got used to waking up just as tired as when I went to bed. I got used to achy knees and hips. My family and businesses were doing fine, but I wasn`t
As 2017 rolled in, I had had enough of feeling like sh**!
It was time for me to be put back on the To-Do list.
I felt more committed than ever to get in shape and get healthy. I was lucky to find a training group that was just starting up in my local neighborhood. We get together every Wednesday at the community center for an hour of Circuit Training. Along with that, I started making and taking with me to work every day, a thermos of Green Smoothie! I drink this in the mornings and whenever I don`t have a chance to eat a real meal. I pack it with minerals and vitamins, such as spinach, cucumbers, chia seeds, turmeric, ginger, mixed with fruit and healthy fats like coconut oil and avocados. I also pay attention to my sugar intake. I do have a sweet-tooth so I started replacing sugar with honey.
It has been about 2 months and I am feeling better than I have in a long time.
I sleep like a baby, my aches and pains have nearly disappeared and my energy level has increased significantly!
If that wasn`t enough for you to start putting yourself back on the To-Do list again.
My body has also changed dramatically. I have tummy muscles again! I have slimmed down and toned up!.
Seeing these results made me want to share it with everyone!
